Veretis Legal Psychology are a forensic psychology practice group who hosted a webinar on the valuable topic of ‘Supporting Difficult Personalities’.

The objective of the webinar was to identify the kinds of affronting behaviours and personalities that are commonly encountered as legal practitioners. Presenters Oliver Brecht and Andrew Wong discussed the different personality types, while providing strategies to navigate situations where a difficult client is getting out of hand. These strategies will better equip practitioners to maintain our composure, our relationships and our safety when working with clients and other involved parties, so we can do the best job possible.
