Our dinner seminar on 16 June 2021 was another great opportunity for our colleagues to catch-up and benefit from an insightful presentation by Justice Geoff Lindsay. A big thank you to Justice Lindsay, who is so generous with his time. His paper: “The Role of 'Evaluation' in the Determination of Succession (Probate & Family Provision) Litigation” is now available on the website under the ‘Past Papers’ tab.
